Our church is a supporter of the ministry of Lydia’s Place. This ministry assists women who are or have been incarcerated to improve and rebuild their lives and families.

We support their ministry by sponsoring healthy snacks for the children visiting an incarcerated parent. Many times the wait is long and difficult. Lydia’s Place supports these children by having someone wait with them in a play area. We help by providing food.

We also provide cookies for their yearly Christmas party for incarcerated mothers and their children. This is held at the jail and Lydia’s Place provides the food and fun for the party.
